Die Anmeldung wird am Mittwoch an zwei Orten stattfinden:
Hostelbewohner_innen: Direkt im Hostel in Altona – Check in an der Rezeption ab 15 Uhr (davor Gepäckraum nutzbar), Tagungsregistrierung ab 18 Uhr. Die Adresse des MEININGER Hotels ist: Goetheallee 11 (Altona). Die meisten Fernverkehrszüge halten am Bahnhof Altona. Vom Hauptbahnhof aus erreicht ihr Altona mit der S1, S11, S3, und S21.
Bettenbörse/Leute ohne Schlafplatz: Coffee Fellows am Hauptbahnhof (bis 21 Uhr) – danach vor McDonald’s im Hauptbahnhof. Bitte teilt uns mit, wann ihr ankommt.
Ob ihr im Hostel oder bei Privatpersonen untergebracht seid, erfahrt ihr per E-Mail.
Für Nachzügler_innen wird es auch die Möglichkeit geben, sich noch am Donnerstagmorgen zwischen 9:30 und 9:45 vor dem Hörsaal, in dem unsere Begrüßung stattfindet (Phil D), anzumelden.
Upon your arrival on Wednesday, you can check in with the organizers of the conference in two places: Directly at the Hostel in Altona (for those staying in the hostel), or at Coffee Fellows close to the main station. We will inform you weather you will sleep in the hostel or at someone else’s place via e-mail.
Most long-distance trains stop at Altona station. Otherwise, you can reach it by taking the Subway S1, S11, S3 or S31. The address of the hostel is: Goetheallee 11. Your rooms will be available from 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, there will be a luggage room available. Some of the organizers will be in the Hostel from 6 p.m. and go through the conference registration with you. If you haven’t payed yet, please have the 30 Euros ready until then.
For those of you who will arrive very late, conference registration will also be possible on Thursday between 9:30 and 9:45 in front of Phil D.
